Hello Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus!

Welcome to my first ever blog and post. To begin with, I’d like to touch on my plan for developing the blog portion of this new, personal website.

My aim includes writing to you about Psalm 16 itself, the goodness-packed, inspiring Messianic psalm, which is both about our Lord and Saviour Jesus of Nazareth and written in his prophetic first-person voice by the hand of David. Please relish with me what pre-incarnate Jesus said, for example, in the following passage:

Psalm 16:8-11 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. 10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

As led and able to do so, I will post commentaries covering the verses of Psalm 16 later.

For now, it’s important for you to know that since I consider myself a lowly child of God, and as a woman, I will strive to keep my posts from even sounding like teaching, yet without denying what I believe is OK for me to do. And that is:┬áIn line with the sentiment of Psalm 119:46, I will write to kings about the Lord’s testimonies and not be ashamed.

So you’ll likely find future commentaries posted here at psalm16.org on other psalms, their individual verses, as well as on scriptures from other books of the Holy Bible. Hopefully, you will also find measured comments about my posts made by God-fearing men and women. And if that includes you, then good. Your comments will be welcomed too.
